These Subscription Terms are part of, and governed by, our Terms of Use. By purchasing a subscription or Crystals, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Money-Back Policy. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Use.
Overview
Amory: AI Roleplay Chat & Talk (the "Service") offers both free and premium tiers. Free users have access to basic features with certain limitations. Premium subscribers unlock the full range of features including expanded AI interactions, additional character options, and enhanced content. Additionally, all users — including subscribers — may purchase Crystals, an in-app virtual currency, to access select features and content.
These Subscription Terms describe how subscriptions and Crystals work, how you are billed, and how to manage or cancel your subscription.
Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription billing cycles. The specific features and pricing associated with each plan are displayed at the point of purchase within the Service and may vary by platform (iOS, Android, Web).

All plans provide access to the same premium features; the only difference is the billing frequency and the per-period price. Longer plans typically offer a lower effective price per period.
Payment & Billing
Payment is charged to the payment method you provide at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (or the applicable platform) to charge the subscription fee or Crystals purchase price to your chosen payment method.

We do not directly store your payment card details. All payment information is securely processed and held by the respective payment processor in accordance with applicable payment industry standards (PCI DSS).
Currency & Taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region as determined by the platform. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
Auto-Renewal
The renewal charge is processed within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The renewed subscription will begin immediately after the current period expires, ensuring uninterrupted access to premium features.
If a renewal payment fails (for example, due to an expired payment method or insufficient funds), your access to premium features may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved. We may attempt to process the payment again for a limited period. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be cancelled automatically.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation disables automatic renewal but does not terminate your current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

After Cancellation
- You will continue to enjoy premium features until the end of your current paid period.
- Once the paid period expires, your account will revert to the free tier.
- No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
- Your account data, conversation history, and any purchased Crystals are retained and remain accessible under the free tier (subject to our data retention policies described in the Privacy Policy).
Crystals (Virtual Currency)
Crystals are an in-app virtual currency that can be purchased separately from a subscription. Crystals allow you to access select features and content within the Service that are not included in (or are limited by) your subscription plan.
Purchasing Crystals
Crystals are available for purchase through the same payment channels as subscriptions: Apple In-App Purchases (iOS), Google Play Billing (Android), or Stripe (web). The available Crystal packages and pricing are displayed at the point of purchase within the Service.
Terms of Use
- Crystals are a limited license to use a digital item within the Service. They are not your property and have no monetary value outside the Service.
- All Crystal purchases are final at the time of transaction.
- Crystals cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, sold, traded, or gifted.
- Unused Crystals do not expire while your account remains active and in good standing.
- We may modify the pricing, availability, exchange rates, or features accessible with Crystals at any time. Such changes will apply to future purchases and will not retroactively reduce the value of Crystals already in your account.
Refunds for Crystals
Crystal purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. For details, see our Money-Back Policy.
Price Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to change subscription fees and Crystal pricing at any time. If we change the price of a subscription plan, we will provide you with reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following methods: a notification within the Service, an email to the address associated with your account, or an update to the pricing displayed on our website and app stores.
Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect. Your continued subscription after the new pricing takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated fees.
For subscriptions managed through Apple or Google, price change notifications and consent mechanisms may be governed by the policies of the respective platform.
Refunds
Our refund policies are described in detail in our Money-Back Policy. The following is a brief summary:
- Subscriptions purchased via iOS: Refund requests are handled by Apple. You may request a refund through Apple's support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Subscriptions purchased via Android: Refund requests are handled by Google. You may request a refund through Google Play's support.
- Subscriptions purchased via Web (Stripe): Refund requests should be directed to our support team at support@amoryapps.com. Eligibility is determined according to our Money-Back Policy.
- Crystal purchases: Non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Account Termination & Subscription
If your account is terminated — whether voluntarily by you or by us due to a violation of the Terms of Use — the following applies:
- Your subscription will be cancelled effective immediately upon termination.
- If termination is initiated by you, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current paid period.
- If termination is initiated by us due to a Terms violation, access to premium features will be revoked immediately, and no refund or credit will be issued for any remaining subscription time.
- Any remaining Crystals balance will be permanently forfeited upon account termination, regardless of the reason. No refund or compensation will be provided for forfeited Crystals.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through Apple or Google. You must cancel your subscription through the respective platform before deleting your account to prevent further charges.
