Text-based AI responses are generated using our proprietary models hosted on our own infrastructure. Your conversation data is processed on our servers and is not shared with third-party language model providers for this purpose.
Third-Party Media Generation
Certain AI-generated media — including images, voice messages, and videos — may be produced using third-party AI media generation providers. When this occurs, limited contextual data necessary to generate the requested content may be transmitted to these providers. We select providers that maintain appropriate data protection standards and contractual safeguards.
What You Should Know
- You interact with the Service by sending text messages only; you cannot send voice, photo, or video content.
- AI-generated voice messages, images, and videos you receive are synthetic content created by artificial intelligence and do not depict real people.
- Conversation data is stored on our servers for up to two (2) years, after which it is permanently deleted unless otherwise required by law.

When data reaches the end of its retention period, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. In cases where we are legally required to retain data for a longer period, we will do so and delete it once the legal obligation has been fulfilled.
