This Money-Back Policy is part of, and governed by, our Terms of Use. It should be read alongside our Subscription Terms and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Use.
Scope & Applicability
This Money-Back Policy describes the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund of subscription fees paid for Amory: AI Roleplay Chat & Talk (the "Service"). This policy applies in addition to any refund rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
The voluntary money-back guarantee described in Section 2 applies exclusively to subscriptions purchased directly through our website (processed via Stripe). Subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing are subject to the refund policies of the respective platform (see Section 5).
Money-Back Guarantee (Web Purchases)
This guarantee is a voluntary offer by Amory Apps Corp and is provided in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. We will review your refund request and notify you by email whether your application has been approved or denied, along with the reasons for our decision.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a refund under the money-back guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
Condition 1 β Timing
You must contact us within thirty (30) days of your initial subscription purchase and before the end of your current subscription period, whichever comes first.
Condition 2 β Demonstrated Usage
You must have actively used the Service for a minimum number of consecutive days within the applicable period, depending on your subscription plan:

Condition 3 β Proof of Usage
You must be able to demonstrate that you have used the Service during the required period. Our systems automatically log usage activity, and we may use this data to verify your eligibility. You may also be asked to provide supporting information.
Condition 4 β Dissatisfaction with Results
The refund must be based on your dissatisfaction with the results or experience provided by the Service, not on the excluded reasons described in Section 4 below.
What Is Not Covered
- Personal preference: You do not like the Service, it did not meet your subjective expectations, or you changed your mind about the purchase.
- Financial reasons: You did not expect to be charged, did not realize that the subscription would automatically renew, or were unaware that the Service is a paid product.
- Failure to cancel: You forgot to cancel your subscription before it renewed.
- Renewal charges: The money-back guarantee applies only to the initial subscription purchase, not to subsequent renewal payments.
- Crystal purchases: Purchases of Crystals (virtual currency) are non-refundable under this guarantee (see Section 6).
- Account termination for violations: If your account was terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Use, you are not eligible for any refund.
Refunds for App Store Purchases
If you purchased your subscription through Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing, refunds are managed by the respective platform, not by Amory Apps Corp. We do not have the ability to process refunds for these purchases directly.
While we cannot process refunds for app store purchases, we are happy to assist you with any technical issues or Service-related concerns. Please contact us at support@amoryapps.com.
Crystals (Non-Refundable)
All purchases of Crystals are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Crystals are a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value and are consumed within the Service. Once purchased, Crystals cannot be converted back to cash, credit, or any other form of payment. For full terms governing Crystals, please see Section 9 of the Terms of Use and Section 6 of the Subscription Terms.
General Refund Rules
Unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law, all fees paid for subscriptions and Crystals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period following cancellation.
If a refund is approved under the money-back guarantee, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take five (5) to ten (10) business days to appear in your account.
Upon receiving a refund, your subscription will be cancelled and your access to premium features will be revoked. Any Crystals or benefits received as part of the subscription will also be revoked.
Regional Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit or override any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your jurisdiction. The following provisions apply in addition to the money-back guarantee described above.
πΊπΈ California & Connecticut Residents
If you reside in California or Connecticut, you may cancel your purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of purchase, and we will issue a full refund of the payment you have made. To exercise this right, contact us at support@amoryapps.com within the applicable timeframe.
πͺπΊ European Union Residents β Right of Withdrawal
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement.
However, the withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once our servers validate your purchase and the applicable digital content is successfully delivered to you.
Where your right of withdrawal has not been lost: The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you enter into the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending an unequivocal statement (by email to support@amoryapps.com) of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired. If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
If the digital content is defective, you retain full rights to a remedy under applicable EU consumer protection law, regardless of any consent to immediate performance.
π¬π§ United Kingdom Residents
If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the same exceptions regarding immediate performance of digital content described above for EU residents. Your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by this policy.

If you are located in Brazil, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 7 days of purchase under the Consumer Defense Code (CΓ³digo de Defesa do Consumidor), subject to applicable exceptions for digital content. To exercise this right, contact us at support@amoryapps.com.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request under the money-back guarantee (for web purchases via Stripe), please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@amoryapps.com with the subject line: "Refund Request β Money-Back Guarantee".
- Include the following information in your email: your full name, the email address associated with your account, the date of purchase, the subscription plan purchased, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Wait for our review. We will review your request and verify that all eligibility conditions are met. We may contact you for additional information if needed.
- Receive our decision. We will notify you by email within ten (10) business days whether your refund request has been approved or denied, along with the reasons for our decision.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
If your request is denied and you believe this is in error, you may respond to the denial email with additional information or clarification. We will re-evaluate your case in good faith.
