Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms describe how paid subscriptions to Moonie work. They are part of our Terms of Use. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms and to our Refund Policy.

1. What a subscription includes

Moonie is free to download. A paid subscription unlocks the full experience, which may include personalized sleep plans, nap predictions, trends and insights, the complete sounds library, and the full library of guides. The exact features included may evolve over time as we improve the Services.

2. Auto-renewal

All Moonie subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically. At the end of each billing period, your subscription renews for the same period and you are charged the then-current renewal price, until you cancel. The specific billing period, price, renewal price, and any introductory or trial terms are always displayed at the point of purchase before you confirm.

We may offer different subscription options (for example, plans of different lengths, introductory offers, or free trials). Available options and their terms can change over time; the terms shown at your point of purchase are the ones that apply to your subscription.

3. Free trials and introductory offers

If a subscription includes a free trial or an introductory price, this will be stated at the point of purchase, along with the trial length or introductory period and the price that applies afterwards. Unless you cancel before the trial or introductory period ends, your subscription converts automatically to a paid subscription at the price shown at purchase and continues to renew. Trials and introductory offers may be limited to one per user, account, device, or payment method, and we may withdraw or change them at any time for new purchases.

4. Where you can subscribe, and how billing works

4.1 Purchases through the App Store or Google Play

If you subscribe inside the iOS or Android app, payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. The renewal is processed by Apple or Google under their terms, typically within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple and Google are the merchants of record for these purchases.

4.2 Purchases through our Website

If you subscribe on mooniesleep.com, payment is charged to the payment method you provide, and each renewal is charged automatically at the start of the new billing period until you cancel. Prices shown at checkout include the applicable renewal terms; applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.

5. How to cancel

To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for; your subscription then ends and no further charges are made.

6. Price changes

We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. If a price change affects your active subscription, we will give you advance notice as required by applicable law and by the applicable platform (Apple or Google), and, where required, ask for your consent. If you do not agree with a price change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. In short: purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their policies, and purchases made on our Website are handled by our support team, subject to your statutory rights.

8. Changes to subscription offerings

We may add, modify, or discontinue subscription plans and features. Changes will not retroactively reduce what you have already paid for during a current billing period; if we materially reduce the Services during a period you have paid for, you may contact us about a remedy under the Refund Policy.
