This Privacy Policy explains how Amory Apps Corp ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Moonie mobile application (the "App"), our website mooniesleep.com (the "Website"), and related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information — such as your email address and a display name when you create an account or contact support.
- Child profile information — information you choose to enter about your child, such as a name or nickname, date of birth or age range, and sleep-related preferences. You control what you enter; a nickname is sufficient.
- Sleep logs and notes — nap and night sleep times, durations, and any notes you add.
- Purchase information — if you subscribe through the Website, our payment processor collects your payment details. We do not store full card numbers; we receive confirmation of payment, the plan purchased, and billing status.
- Communications — messages you send to our support team.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, crash reports, and how you interact with features of the App.
- Identifiers — app instance identifiers and similar technical identifiers used for analytics and to operate the Services.
- Website data — log data and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
2.3 Information from third parties
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, we receive subscription status information (for example, whether a subscription is active) from Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment details from them.
3. Children's data
The Services are intended for use by parents and legal guardians, who are our users; children are not permitted to create accounts or use the Services themselves. Information about a child (such as age and sleep patterns) is entered by the parent or guardian and is used solely to provide the features of the App — building schedules, predictions, and insights. We do not use children's information for advertising, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact support@mooniesleep.com and we will delete it.
4. How we use information
- To provide and operate the Services, including personalized sleep schedules, nap predictions, tracking, trends, sounds, and guides;
- To process purchases, manage subscriptions, and provide customer support;
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Services, including debugging, analytics, and developing new features;
- To communicate with you about the Services, such as service announcements and responses to your requests;
- To send in-app or push notifications (such as sleep window reminders), which you can disable in your device settings;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
Where required by applicable law (for example, the GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Services you request), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services), your consent (where required, for example for certain cookies or marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers — hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and payment processing providers who process data on our behalf under contractual protections;
- App platforms — Apple and Google, to the extent needed to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions;

US state privacy rights. Residents of certain US states (such as California) may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information. 8. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Health information disclaimer
Sleep data you log in Moonie is wellness information you choose to record; it is not medical data collected by a healthcare provider, and Moonie is not a medical device. The App's plans, predictions, and insights are informational only. See the disclaimer in our Terms of Use.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or Website (for example, by updating the effective date above and posting a notice). Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
